Complaints and Concerns

If you have a concern about your child’s welfare or progress in general, please contact your child’s Year Leader
If you have c concern about your child’s progress in a specific subject, please contact the relevant Curriculum Leader
If you have a complaint, or a concern about the school in general, please contact the Headteacher priory@priorysouthsea.org in the first instance.
Complaints will be acknowledged within three working days and a target for responding to the complaint, normally within ten working days.
If you are unhappy with the school’s response, you will be invited to raise your complaint with the Chair of Governors within five working days.
A hearing will be held to consider your complaint and the outcome will be sent to you within 15 working days.
If you then wish to go beyond to Governors, you may write to the Local Government Ombudsman.
