Football – Hampshire Cup Successes – There’s just no stopping perfect Priory

Year 8

The Southsea school’s under-13 football team clinched a memorable treble on Saturday as they beat Farnborough’s Salesian College 2-0 in the Hampshire Cup final at Fratton Park. Goals from Tommy Leigh and captain Harvey Tanner saw Priory add the county crown to the Portsmouth Schools’ League title and Portsmouth Cup they won earlier in the season. Year 11

The Year 11 Football Team won the Hampshire Cup at Bashley FC in a fantastic game against Mountbatten School with the result ending 6 – 2. The Team were a credit to the school and the opposition manager commented on how well they played and in good spirit:
